LABSIM BOOKSTORE RETURN POLICYBookstores: Bookstores may purchase TestOut software and manuals at the educational discount price. Materials may be returned up to one year from date of purchase and will incur a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions. Returns will not be honored after one year from date of purchase. Any bookstore returning unused or defective materials must obtain a valid RMA# from TestOut prior to shipping the return. Any return shipped without a valid RMA# or with contents that differ from the RMA description will be subject to an additional 35% restocking fee. Instructions for returns: Before sending materials to TestOut, call 1-800-877-4889 and ask to speak with an academic sales representative. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA" number to be associated with the shipment. This number must be obtained before returning materials. Include this number with a complete list of all returned merchandise and an explanation of why materials are being returned. Upon receipt of materials at TestOut, a credit for the approved returned materials minus the restocking fee will be applied to the customers account. |
